A physician-led healthcare company

Intelligence you can build on.

ARVELLIS is a healthcare company first. We help healthcare organizations recognize meaningful clinical change, govern AI responsibly, and turn complex information into clear, explainable decisions.

From baseline to a prioritized signalA patient's measurements vary around their own baseline. One change departs from it, is detected and prioritized, and is explained for clinical review.

Healthcare is the foundation

Clinical experience, systems engineering, and responsible technology, applied to real healthcare problems.

Clinical Intelligence and Responsible AI are two pathways with one foundation. Both begin with patients, clinicians, and the care system around them, and both are led by a physician who was an engineer first.

Healthcare organizations do not always need more data. They need to know what matters.

Clinical measurements, operational signals, policies, and technology controls create information at scale. The harder problem is recognizing meaningful change, understanding its significance, and giving the right people an explainable basis for action.

Clinical Intelligence

Find what changed. Explain why it matters.

ARVELLIS clinical intelligence helps healthcare teams distinguish routine variation from meaningful change. Physician-derived rules detect changes from a patient's baseline, prioritize what warrants review, and explain the clinical reasoning behind the signal.

Organizations can use the full Patient Engagement System or add the Physician Intelligence Engine to infrastructure they already have.

  1. Detect

Recognize clinically meaningful change from the individual's baseline rather than treating every variation as equally important.

  2. Prioritize

Distinguish signals that warrant attention so teams can focus limited clinical capacity where it matters.

  3. Explain

Show why the signal matters and provide transparent, physician-derived reasoning that supports human review.

Responsible AI

AI adoption is accelerating. Is your governance keeping up?

ARVELLIS helps healthcare organizations identify governance gaps, examine the evidence behind their controls, build an AI management system, and prepare the workforce to operate it.

Federal Capabilities

Healthcare expertise for complex federal missions.

ARVELLIS brings together clinical leadership, systems engineering, cybersecurity, responsible AI, and healthcare technology experience to support agencies, prime contractors, and mission partners.

Why ARVELLIS exists

The disease doesn’t stop between appointments. Visibility into the patient often does.

Dr. Craig S. Coleman was trained as an engineer to understand complex systems before he became a physician. He came to see the body as a system of systems, and the patient and physician as parts of a larger one: the healthcare delivery system. A patient can deteriorate while everyone in that system is doing their job, because visibility, communication, and information flow break down between encounters. That realization is the foundation of the Patient Engagement System and, ultimately, the Physician Intelligence Engine.

Start with the problem your organization needs to solve.

Whether the need is clinical intelligence, responsible AI governance, federal mission support, or a technology integration, ARVELLIS can help define a practical next step.
